At Laksha Solutions, we value every client and strive to deliver the best digital and software solutions. However, if you wish to cancel a service, please review the following terms and conditions that govern cancellations and related actions.
2. Cancellation Request
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@lakshasolutions.in.
- Requests received after project commencement will not be eligible for full refunds.
- For subscription-based services (like maintenance or digital marketing), cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
3. Project Cancellation by Client
- If cancellation occurs before any work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative fees.
- Once design, development, or content creation work has started, no refunds will be processed.
- All intellectual property, drafts, or work-in-progress files will remain the property of Laksha Solutions until full payment is received.
4. Cancellation by Laksha Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel any project or service in exceptional cases (such as non-payment, repeated delays, or misuse of our services). In such cases, clients will be notified and eligible for refunds based on completed work proportion.
5. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for domains, hosting, SSL certificates, or third-party integrations are non-refundable, as they are processed through independent providers.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
