1. Overview

As Laksha Solutions provides digital products and services (such as websites, mobile apps, and software), there is no physical shipping involved. Delivery of all digital products is done electronically via email, cloud links, or through our project management system.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are discussed and agreed upon during the project proposal stage. Typical timelines include:

• Website Development: 1–4 weeks (depending on project scope)
• Software / App Development: 4–12 weeks (depending on complexity)
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Monthly or ongoing service delivery

Delays may occur due to incomplete information, delayed approvals, or technical dependencies. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

3. Mode of Delivery

Upon completion, digital deliverables will be shared through one or more of the following:

• Secure download link or Google Drive / GitHub repository.
• Deployment to the client’s hosting or server environment.
• Email confirmation with access credentials or URLs.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and credentials (such as hosting or domain details).
• Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.
• Ensure data backups before deployment to live servers.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete once the client receives project files, access credentials, or live deployment confirmation. A final confirmation email or approval message marks project closure.

6. Changes or Delays

Any changes in project scope or functionality requested after initial approval may extend delivery timelines. In such cases, revised schedules and costs will be communicated to the client.
